Power feedthroughs are used to transmit either high voltage high current or a combination of both. Features atmospheric side connector and 9 5m long cable included. Type d subminiature feedthroughs are high density multipin instrumentation. High voltage cable 7 conductor to 20kv.

Mpf power feedthroughs transmit varying amounts of voltage and current from an external power supply to inside the vacuum chamber powering the customer application. Isi coaxial feedthroughs are offered in conventional grounded or floating. The inner and outer conductors are separated and insulated by an alumina ceramic dielectric. The majority of feedthroughs in section 4 are built with exposed conductors on both the air and vacuum sides.

These products can be used for a multitude of vacuum applications including vacuum furnaces sample heating or biasing in vacuum coating applications such as electron beam evaporation resistive heating evaporation and dc plasma sputtering. Multipin is the classification given by mdc to all isi feedthrough products containing one or more conductor pins which are also fitted with air or vacuum side threaded circular connectors. Power is the classification given by to isi electrical feedthroughs used to carry either high voltage or high current or both.
